On the 24th of February, 46 days after they were last seen in Rock Creek Park, the USDA’s “wildlife services” snipers were found in the park shooting deer or attempting to do so.
In poking around the park roads at the peripery of the area they were killing in, I never saw a single deer. The only deer I saw was safely on the MD side of the border, out of reach of WS’s guns.
At one point, I had the sheer joy of seeing, actually hearing one of the WS golf carts get stuck in the woods and have to work to free itself. Too bad it didn’t either stay stuck all night or better yet turn over!
There was some kind of issue with the barricades in Rock Creek just south of Military Road on the park roads to the West of Beach Drive. At one point a single barricade had roads open to traffic on BOTH sides! There was flattened barricade near it, but not where it would have been in a useful position had it been intact.
Another activist made a second run through the same area perhaps 15 minutes after I was done, and reported seeing two cops cars. Both of us told those we encountered of our objection to their murder, myself to the driver of the stuck WS cart and another to one of the goons at the entrance to the community gardens off Oregon Ave.
This is actually worse for the killers than protesters in a single spot as it is less predictable and harder to control. When activists are patrolling park roads in this way, additional activists bellied up in the woods cannot be ruled out, nor can WS count on the woods not being “bugged” with night vision cameras.
In another part of the Northeast, a deer removal crew shut down after spotting one of many such cameras-too late. A camera they didn’t find led to published footage of wounded deer being finshed off by tying plastic bags over their heads!
