On the 13th of November, DC Superior Court heard some arguments in BENNETT, VAUGHN, et al. Vs. UNION STATION REDEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, et al., a lawsuit by residents of DC’s Ivy City neighborhood to stop the old Crummel School in the middle of their residential neighborhood from being converted into a parking facility for idling diesel charter busses as part of the Union Station redevelopment plan. Before the hearing, Ivy City residents and their attorney spoke in front of the courthouse.
