AMREN Nazi conference CANCELLED
At just 48 hours before the AMREN 2010 Nazi conference was due to start, the organizers were forced to announce that it had been cancelled. This was due to your hard work in educating hotel owners and management about the true nature of the “new Century Foundation,” AMREN’s front group used to rent venues. Never before have these hatemongers had these sort of venue problems-we drove them out of 4 hotels in a row!
UPDATE: Nazis are claiming that a “rump” version of the conference took place in “an undisclosed location” in Herndon, with what they claim in 75 attendees. This was at a Bertrucci’s in Herndon-and it appears that only 40 people actually were there-out of a claimed 275 registrants for AMREN!
There is overlap between CPAC(A GOP meetup) and AMREN, so this was probably nothing more than a short, ad-hoc meetup and a photo of FIVE PEOPLE! Last time around their photos showed hundreds.
This year, we stopped all but a small part of AMREN and chased the remnants all the way to Herndon, in racist Prince William County, Va. In 2012, let’s make sure they cannot even SCHEDULE the event!
BACKGROUND
The “American Renaissance Conference” is a racist, white supremacist “suit-and-tie Nazi” conference that was scheduled to be held this year ojn Feb 19-21 at a posh hotel near Dulles Airport-until activists ran them out of every hotel from the airport to the Manassas Battlefield. They met in 2006 and 2008 near Dulles , drawing noisy protesters banging drums outside the offending hotels.
After being driven from the Dulles area, they tried to reschedule the 2010 conference for the Capitol Skyline inn (SW DC), offering a huge premium over their normal prices, but even this hotel, which has hosted racist events before, decided to cancel after YOUR hard work and overwhelming volume of phone calls and emails.
At 6:30 PM on Feb 17, the Nazis sent out the message to the attendees at what WAS to be AMREN 2010:

“Dear AR Conference Registrant,
We regret to inform you that at 6:30 pm today, February 17, the Capitol Skyline hotel, which had promised to withstand pressure, canceled the conference.
We informed the hotel of all circumstances surround the previous cancellations, including death threats, and the hotel still agreed to hold the conference. We had every reason to believe it would hold firm. We feel just as betrayed as you do.
We will be in touch later to discuss how to handle refunds of conference registrations and other matters.

Needless to say, the message above made it damned hard for these Nazi shitheads to even find the “rump” version of the conference. Those who were able to meet face-to-face still knew, but their ability to spread their hate over the Internet and invite people to a face-to-face event that way was greatly reduced. They are not, after all, going to be able to let unscreened people(those not already converted) onto encrypted email lists for this sort of thing.
