NIH gets protest over 7,500 imprisoned primates
At the National Institutes of Health or NIH in Bethesda, there are about 7,500 monkeys kept in tiny cages-every last one of them scheduled to be tortured to death in the name of progress.

On the 21st of October, as part of National Primate Liberation Week, DC area animal rights activsts showed up outside NIH.
Protesters knew where the animal “researchers” would exit the facility, and were waiting to name and shame them in front of afternoon rush hour as they left at the end of the day. There was even a “Save a monkey, use a researcher” sign!
